Our young parm alternative is aged longer than our other cheeses, for 30 days, and is umami with nutty undertones and a rind of freshly cracked peppercorns. It is still young and creamy on the inside. It can be aged longer and will become a grate-able Parmesan block if done so.

how we ship
We pack our cheeses in thermally insulated packaging along with ice gels. These are shipped through express shipping to ensure that they reach you in good condition. We bear half of the cost and charge the customers only INR 50 extra for shipping and packaging. Our shipping costs are based on the weight of the cheeses and additional packaging. Following are our shipping costs:
• One cheese - INR 50 shipping charges.
• Two to four pieces of cheese - INR 100.
• Free shipping on all orders above INR 2000.
•PAN India shipments dispatched from Monday - Thursday. This is to avoid packages getting stuck in a warehouse on a Sunday.
